The Parish Trust

Help Hub

Welcome to The Parish Trust's Help Hub. This is the system we use to help people to receive essential support services from us, and to help Referral Partners to refer people to us for assistance...

Choose the right route

Service users can register a household and request help. Referral partners can register an organisation, prepare their team, and log in when approved.

New Help Hub

A quicker, easier way to ask for support

The Parish Trust Help Hub is our online system for people who need practical support and for professional referral partners who are helping individuals, households and families access the right help.

CARE Project food support

People can self-refer to the CARE Project for food support and essential household help up to three times in a calendar year.

After three self-referrals in the same calendar year, support will need to come through an approved referral partner so that longer-term needs can be properly considered.

You will need the service user’s H Number.
This is automatically assigned when a person first registers with The Parish Trust or calls our help line.

Baby Bank referrals

Our Baby Bank is a professionals-only referral pathway.

This means a professional referral partner makes the referral on behalf of their service user or client. The Parish Trust then sources the requested baby and maternity items and fulfils the logistical side of preparing the package.

Once the package is ready, the referring professional collects it and passes it on to the family they are supporting.

New feature: CARE Project service users can now book when they are available to receive a food delivery or request a collection, helping us make support quicker, smoother and easier to arrange.

Whether you are asking for food support, making a professional Baby Bank referral, or helping someone access longer-term support, the Help Hub is the place to start.

Referral partners can use the Help Hub to support service users and clients through the correct referral pathway. Service users should keep their H Number safe, as it helps us identify their record quickly.
