Use this page to ask The Parish Trust about the personal information we hold about you, including how we use it and how to have it corrected or erased.

You can ask us to review, correct, restrict or delete information we hold about you. The right to erasure is not absolute. We may retain limited records where necessary for safeguarding, staff/volunteer safety, service integrity, fraud or misuse prevention, complaints, audit, insurance, legal claims or charity governance.

Privacy and data use

We collect and use personal information to provide services, manage volunteers and staff, keep people safe, administer the charity, meet legal and regulatory duties, evidence our impact, and communicate appropriately with people connected to us.

We keep records only for as long as needed for service delivery, safeguarding, legal, insurance, audit, finance, operational, governance, reporting, archiving and accountability purposes.
